I mistakenly bought a course without using a coupon and was charged. Can I get a refund?
If you have erroneously purchased a course or a CE Module and got charged. Please let us know within 24 hours of the transaction and do not access the content of the course. We will be happy to refund your money.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the order, so we have to process it and refund it.
Therefore, we will refund the full amount minus the fee that stripe charges us to process the payment and refund it to you. Refunds should appear in your account between 5-10 business days.
