I can't edit my Dental License # or Dental Specialty.This is done intentionally in our system to avoid CE Fraud and duplicate CE Verification Forms. If you have not yet completed a course, please contact us by providing your username, email address and correct Dental License # and we'll be happy to change your information. If you have already taken a course and generated your CE Verification form, unfortunately we cannot alter it in that CE Form. We suggest using whiteout and a blue pen and manually write your information on the printed form before submitting it to your local regulatory agency.

I haven't received my CE Verification form via e-mailIf you haven't received your CE Verification form, the first step is to check your SPAM folder. If it’s not there, no problem! You can access your CE Verification form on the "My Courses" area of the website. Here are the instructions on how to find it: Login with your name and password. Once logged in, hover the mouse over your name on the top right corner of the page.

I mistakenly bought a course without using a coupon and was charged. Can I get a refund?If you have erroneously purchased a course or a CE Module and got charged. Please let us know within 24 hours of the transaction and do not access the content of the course. We will be happy to refund your money. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the order, so we have to process it and refund it. Therefore, we will refund the full amount minus the fee that stripe charges us to process the payment and refund it to you.

The link given to me doesn't work!Sometimes depending on where the course link is posted (on facebook, via email, etc…) there might be an issue with the permissions of that source website and the URL given. To solve that problem, simply copy and paste the URL into a browser address bar and click enter to access the site, instead of clicking on the link.
